RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the current agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corporation, for the use of Zoom enterprise video conferencing system for services is expiring; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 33.115 Cooperative Joint Purchasing of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County,
Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation, Reston, Virginia for Zoom in the estimated annual amount of $39,325.50.
