WHEREAS, the terms of Maripat Chertack and Erik Thompson as members of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District have expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Sam Barhoumeh and John Tsoutsias as members of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District for terms beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Sam Barhoumeh and John Tsoutsias as members of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District for terms beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
