WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Lake County Partners Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Gary Gibson, to serve as a Member-at-Large for a term beginning immediately and ending on Thursday, November 30, 2023; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Gary Gibson as a Member-at-Large to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for a term beginning immediately and ending on Thursday, November 30, 2023, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
