WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, and the Avon Township Road District, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of West Townline Road, West Wilson Boulevard, and West Clinton Avenue in the Avon Township Road District, and designated as Section 23-02000-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
