WHEREAS, the terms of Richard Moe and Patrick Walsh as members of the Lake County Public Water District have expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Douglas Ower and Kristine Smith as members of the Lake County Public Water District for terms beginning Tuesday, May 2, 2023, and ending on Monday, May 1, 2028.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Douglas Ower and Kristine Smith as members of the Lake County Public Water District for terms beginning Tuesday, May 2, 2023, and ending on Monday, May 1, 2028, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
