RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Martin Walker resigned from the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission, effective April 1, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Martin Walker creates a vacancy on the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board of Lake County, Illinois confirm the appointment of Allison Johnson as a member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending on December 14, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Allison Johnson as a member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission for a term beginning immediately and ending on December 14, 2026 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
