Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Management - Koppit

The Lake County Community Health Center Governing Council is required to annually review the risk management activities performed in response to the programmatic goals and objectives set within the Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Management Plan (CRPSM).
The CRPSM Plan was established to reduce system-related errors and potentially unsafe conditions by implementing continuous improvement strategies in support of an organizational culture of safety.
The associated Training Plan addresses the risk management education provided to all staff. It additionally addresses areas of focus identified through standardized risk assessment processes.
The CRPSM Plan, Risk Training Plan, and report of activities for 2022 are attached for the Council’s review.

To approve the Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Management Plan as presented.
