RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the intersection improvement of Wadsworth Road and Kilbourne Road, and the resurfacing of Kilbourne Road, from Wadsworth Road to Illinois Route 173, and designated as Section 17-00033-17-CH; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on February 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
