RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Tracey Schultz of the Lake County Board of Health has resigned effective April 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Tracey Schultz creates a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Christina Cerk as a member of the Lake County Board of Health, for a term ending June 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Christina Cerk as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending June 30, 2025, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
