• These services support EIT’s plan to keep our network secure, available, and running at peak performance.
• Pursuant to Chapter 33.115 of the County’s Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Joint Purchasing Authorized, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, construction, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants.
• A cooperative purchasing contract with Logicalis has been identified through Tech Data GSA #47QTCA21D00BD to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that were competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, these services will support EIT’s plan to keep our network secure, available, and running at peak performance; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Chapter 33.115 of the County’s Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Joint Purchasing Authorized, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, construction, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
WHEREAS, A cooperative purchasing contract with Logicalis has been identified through Tech Data GSA #47QTCA21D00BD to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that were competitively solicited and awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Logicalis for professional services in the amount of $326,386.25.
