RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Steve Husak as a member of the Emergency Telephone System Board will expire on November 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Steve Husak, representing the Lake Zurich Police Department for a term ending on November 30, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Steve Husak, as a member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term ending on November 30, 2024 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
