SPECIAL RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Steve Snarski served on the Lake County Board representing District 8 and on the Lake County Forest Preserves Commissioner since 2022; and
WHEREAS, Steve Snarski served District 8, representing portions of Waukegan with a focus on seeking excellence, diversity and growth while professionally and energetically representing the voices of all his residents; and
WHEREAS, during his time as a County Board Member, Steve Snarski served on several committees, including the Health and Community Services Committee and Legislative Committee, and the Ethics, Operations and Rules Committees for the Lake County Forest Preserves Board; and
WHEREAS, Steve Snarski is passionate about continuing to work directly with the community and will strive to promote positive and healthy experiences with all community members and their government; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RECOGNIZED, that this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, offers its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Steve Snarski for his outstanding and dedicated public service to his community and to the residents of Lake County; and
BE IT FURTHER RECOGNIZED, that the County Board offers its best wishes to Steve Snarski in all his future endeavors.
