Ratification of Request for Proposals #22124 - Emergency Response Training and Exercise Program - Nordstrom

Body

Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking a qualified firm to provide consulting services on an Emergency Response Training and Exercise program.

The purpose of this project is to support preparedness efforts in multiple LCHD/CHC departments, and to improve planning, training, and exercising for potential public health emergencies or disasters impacting the community LCHD/CHC serves. All exercise-related activities shall follow the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation (HSEEP) model. Funding for this engagement is from the IDPH crisis grant.

A legal notice was published in The News Sun soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP 22124) on August 11, 2022, and the RFP was posted to the LCHD/CHC website. Eight suppliers submitted sealed proposals in the Materials Management office on September 6, 2022.

An evaluation committee comprised of LCHD/CHC staff reviewed and determined that Integrated Solutions Consulting, Edwardsville, Illinois, best meets the needs of LCHD/CHC.
