Ratification of Illinois Department of Public Health, Tobacco Free Communities Grant - Grant Increase Approval - Kritz

Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received through the Illinois Department of Public Health - Tobacco Free Communities grant an increase in the amount of $16,135.00 for the period, July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY22 is $6,723.00. The difference has been accounted for in the LCFY23 budget. This will fund website design and printing materials for tobacco cessation campaign.
Suggested Motion
To ratify and approve the Illinois Department of Public Health additional grant funding $16,135.00 and emergency appropriation of $6,723.00 for LCFY22.
