Staff Summary
• Over the previous two Legislative Committee meetings, the Committee has received presentations and discussions related to items for potential inclusion the County’s FY2023 Legislative Program.
• Staff will present any additional items for discussion and possible inclusion in the County’s program.
• In addition, at the Committee’s September 6, 2022 meeting, an item related to the Public Works Director position that had not been previously included in the County’s program was discussed. A draft has been developed and will be reviewed with Committee for direction on possible inclusion in the County’s FY2023 Legislative Program.
