RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 15, 2020, after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization; and

WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on February 9, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number One); and

WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on September 14, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number Two); and

WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on September 13, 2022 (Rules Amendment Number Three); and

WHEREAS, November 8, 2022 is Election Day for numerous County-wide elected positions and numerous staff support election operations throughout Lake County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that Amendment Number Four to the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures amends Appendix B of the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (as amended on September 13, 2022) by changing the date of the November 2022 Regular Board Meeting from Tuesday, November 8, 2022, to Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
