* Rosalind Franklin University podiatrists want to expand their services to our patients at our Zion and Midlakes clinics.

* Continuous readiness preparation to ensure regulatory compliance is ongoing.

Clinic Operations
* No significant FQHC-related changes in clinical operations. Most services continue to be provided using phone or video, though face-to-face appointments are available every day.

Dental
Provider Relations
* Our Zion location will be offering dental hygiene services beginning in September. We plan to staff the site with a dental hygienist two days per week.
* We recently hired a new dental assistant for our Midlakes location and their start date was August 29, 2022.
* Our Grand Avenue location will add a second dental assistant in mid-September. This position was filled by an internal candidate.
* We anticipate our North Chicago office to return to full time operations on October 3, 2022, as the full-time provider who covers that site will be returning from FMLA.
* Dental currently has no open provider positions.
