Ratification and Approval of Health Resources and Services Administration Budget Period Renewal - Riley

The Section 330 Grant is Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center’s (LCHD/CHC) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). As part of the Section 330 requirements the Governing Council must review and recommend the budget for the period February 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024. This budget was reviewed and approved as the whole service area of LCHD/CHC Physical Health (FQHC) by the Governing Council Budget Committee on August 17, 2022, and by the Governing Council Executive Committee on August 31, 2022. Prior approval by the Executive Committee was necessary as HRSA’s budget period renewal submittal deadline was Friday, September 9, 2022.
Suggested Motion
To ratify and approve the Section 330, H80CS00119 Grant funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration in the amount of $5,024,249 as detailed in the attached Budget Narrative and the non-federal funds of $34,544,418, totaling the Physical Health/FQHC FY23 budget amount of $39,568,667.
