RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 15, 2020, after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization; and
WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on February 9, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number One); and
WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on September 14, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number Two); and
WHEREAS, the Rules Committee has recommended amending the Board Rules by removing all items in Section VII.F (Finance and Budget) and replacing with “See Board Approved Finance and Budget Policies” under the header, “Finance and Budget”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that Amendment Number Three to the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures removes all items in Section VII.F (Finance and Budget) and replaces them with “See Board Approved Finance and Budget Policies” under the header, “Finance and Budget”.
