Physical Health
Provider Collaboration
• Dr. Rajbir Grewal resigned her position at Midlakes Health Center, so we are recruiting a primary care physician.
• The new APRN, Nicole Hendrickson, will start at Midlakes Health Center after her orientation is complete.
• Primary care leadership continues to recruit one or two part time OB/GYN physicians and one or two part time nurse midwives for Women’s Health.
Clinical Operations
• Patients with suspected Monkeypox are being directed to the STI clinic for evaluation and treatment.
• FQHC Infection Control - Enclosed is the Infection Control Summary for last year including Hand Hygiene Compliance, Sterilization Success Rate, Staff Flu Vaccination Compliance and Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) results.
External Relations
• An agreement with Modio Health has been completed for provider credentialing software and we will begin the implementation process.
Regulatory
• Continuous readiness preparation remains ongoing to ensure regulatory compliance.
Psychiatry - MAT
Provider Collaboration
• Nothing new to report.
Clinic Operations
• No significant FQHC-related changes in clinical operations. Most services continue to be provided using phone or video, though face-to-face appointments are available every day.
• The Behavioral Health Medical Director position is posted.
• Dr. Ashok Nagella, child psychiatrist, has resigned and his last day was July 29. The position has been posted but we anticipate it will be a difficult position to fill based on the availability of child psychiatrists.

Dental
Provider Relations
• We still are recruiting for a dental assistant for Midlakes Health Center and are interviewing a prospective candidate.
• There are no dentist or dental hygienist openings at present.
Operations
• Delta Dental Grant Report for YTD 2022:
o With the assistance of our Community Health Workers (CHW), there have been 913 dental outreach calls. The CHWs have attended 28 outreach events distributing approximately 1425 flyers related to pediatric oral health. Based on these outreach efforts, 45 pediatric appointments have been made.
o Goals and key performance indicators are being developed for our dental assistants. This information will be posted as a dental assistant dashboard and will be used to evaluate the dental assistants. The recently hired Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for the development.
