RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Sheriff's Office requires a dry storage magazine used to secure firearms, ammunition, explosive munitions and less lethal munitions at the Lake County Range; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
WHEREAS, The Lake County Sheriff's Office identified a joint purchasing contract with Armag, Corporation through GSA contract #47QSWA22D002S.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Armag Corporation, Bardstown, KY, for the purchase of a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms specification, Type 2 explosive storage magazine for the Lake County Sheriff's Office to secure firearms, ammunition, explosive munitions and less lethal munitio...
