RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) grant modification totally $1,440 to the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court; and

WHEREAS, the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant provides residential treatment for high-risk offenders who are chemically dependent, recovery coaching services, and access to recovery home services which provide a continuum of care in the community; and

WHEREAS, the additional funding will provide transportation to clients who are transitioning from incarceration or residential placement into recovery homes and sober living environments; and

WHEREAS, the grant is for the program period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, an emergency appropriation of $1,440 is requested to allocate these funds into the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit county fiscal year 2022 budget and authorize acceptance of this grant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the County Board authorizes an emergency appropriation in the amount of $1,440 to implement the Adult Redeploy Illinois programming for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit for the period of July 1, 2021 thr...
