WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Big Hollow Road, from the McHenry County line to US Route 12, for a total of 1.56 miles, and designated as Section 20-00229-02-RS; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on June 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
