WHEREAS, the term of Wendy Rheault as members of the Lake County Board of Health expires on June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Sandra Larson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health effective July 1, 2022 for a term ending on June 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Sandra Larson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending on June 30, 2025 be hereby confirmed.
