WHEREAS, the term of Lavanya Srinivasan as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board expires on June 30, 2022; and

WHEREAS, your chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for the term ending June 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for the term ending June 30, 2025 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
