The UDS Clinical Quality Indicator dashboard is attached. The green bars indicate health center performance for 2021. The blue bars indicate current health center performance. Performance is stable across most metrics, with childhood immunization rates trending upward with current performance at 43.6%, up from 36.2%.
In 2022 we are focusing on improving diabetes care, childhood immunization rates, depression remission, childhood weight assessment, and colorectal cancer screening.
