Provider Collaboration
* A former LCHD/CHC physician, Dr. Josephine Dinkha, was successfully recruited for the full-time position at Zion Health Center. Projected start date for Dr. Dinkha is August 29, 2022.
* Interviews and recruitment efforts remain ongoing for APRN/PA positions at the North Chicago Health Center (NCHC) and Belvidere Health Center (BMB). Primary care leadership is pursuing one nurse practitioner applicant and one physician assistant applicant to fill these vacancies.

Clinical Operations
* Dr. Dima Arbach from Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School Department of Psychiatry has been providing multiple seminars on burnout and resilience to both the providers and the staff, which have been well received.
* Sneha Srivastava, a pharmacist from Rosalind Franklin University Pharmacy School, delivered a valuable presentation on Motivational Interviewing to the providers at the May 17, 2022, All Provider meeting.
* FQHC Clinic Procedures - Attached is a list of the procedures most frequently performed at LCHD/CHC for the period January 1, 2022 - May 25, 2022. The most common procedure performed in primary care was self-management goals followed by office visit code 99214: "Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and moderate level of medical decision making."

External Relations
* Update on RFPs: Selection of retinal scanning device vendors as well as contract negotiations with one of the E-Consult services continues.

Regulatory
* Continuous readiness preparation remains ongoing to ensure regulatory compliance.
