WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and Avon Township, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of West Townline Road in Avon Township, and designated as Section 22-02000-02-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on May 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
