Request for Proposals - Pharmacy and Consulting Services for LCHD/CHC #22006 - Nordstrom

Lake County Health Department and Community Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Pharmacy and Consulting Services focusing on the inpatient Behavioral Health programs. A legal notice was published in The News Sun on April 7, 2022, soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP 22006), and the RFP was also posted to the LCHD/CHC website. Two suppliers submitted sealed proposals which were opened in the Materials Management office on April 21, 2022.
An evaluation committee comprised of LCHD/CHC staff reviewed the proposals and based on the evaluation criteria within the RFP, determined that the response from Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company based in Golden Valley, Minnesota, best meets the needs of LCHD/CHC. Based on the Genoa proposal, the contract is in the estimated annual amount of $50,000 for each year of the initial two-year term, with options for three additional one-year renewals subject to acceptable performance by the contractor. Prices will remain firm/fixed for years one and two. The supplier must submit a written request 60 days in advance of the annual contract period for any future price increases after the initial two-year contract period.

To approve the award for RFP #22006 with Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company of Golden Valley, MN, in the estimated annual amount of $50,000 for a two (2) year contract term with three (3) additional renewal options and authorize the Executive Director or designee to execute the necessary negotiated documents.
