Provider Collaboration
* Belvidere Medical Building (BMB) and Midlakes Health Center (MLC) is experiencing staffing issues due to providers on maternity leave or managing family matters. Leadership was able to obtain short term coverage for MLC utilizing a flex provider.
* Recruitment efforts and interviews are ongoing to fill the open physician position at Zion Health Center and the APRN/PA position at North Chicago Health Center (NCHC).

Clinical Operations
* Clinical Advisory Committee has been working diligently on a number of topics including continuity of care slots, protocol for patients who are late for their appointment and updating standard practice guidelines.
* The newly renovated NCHC re-opened to patients April 11, 2022; both patients and employees have praised the new look and feel of the clinic.
* UDS Criteria for Children Body Mass Index (BMI - derived from a person's weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared) - One quality measure we are focused on is that all patients 13-17 years of age must have a BMI value, physical activity, and nutrition counseling documented in their health record. Our goal is to increase the percentage from 59% to 80% by December 31, 2022. The attached graph demonstrates some improvement in this measure but there is more work to be done.

External Relations
* The quotes received in response to the RFP for retinal scanning devices are currently under review.
* The selection process continues for the RFP for E-Consult service and follow up interviews with potential vendors are in place.

Regulatory
* Continuous readiness preparation remains ongoing to ensure regulatory compliance.
