The UDS Clinical Quality Indicator dashboard is attached. The green bars indicate health center performance for 2021. The blue bars indicate current health center performance. Current performance is similar to 2021 performance at the same point in time last year. In 2022 we are focusing on depression remission, childhood weight assessment, and colorectal cancer screening for improvement. We continue to focus on improving diabetes care and childhood immunization rates.
LCHD is partnering with the American Cancer Society (ACS) on strategies and methods to improve colorectal cancer screening rates in our health centers. We are also participating in peer learning labs with the ACS, the Illinois Primary Health Care Association, and other health systems to discuss and share strategies to enhance colorectal cancer screening activities. Current performance on colorectal cancer screening is 30% and we aim improve to at least 40%.
