Recommendation to Approve New Governing Council Member - Tarter

On Thursday, April 28, 2022, members of the Governing Council Nominating Committee had the opportunity to interview a prospective new member, Manuel Hernandez.
Manuel is a non-consumer, has worked as a Community Health Worker with the Family First Center and is a resident of Waukegan. He has a passion for serving the community and is eager to share that passion with our FQHC’s and patients.
Suggested Motion
To approve the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and accept the membership of Manuel Hernandez to the Governing Council effective May 10, 2022 for a term of 2-years.
