WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the microsurfacing of Cedar Lake Road, from Monaville Road to Illinois Route 132, Kenosha Road, from 1,220 feet north of Illinois Route 173 to Ninth Street, and Ninth Street, from Lewis Avenue to Whitney Avenue, and designated as Section 20-00999-73-RS; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on March 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
