RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the joint resolution authorizing an emergency appropriation with offsetting revenue in the amount of $156,707.26 to implement an updated ADA compliant classroom for juveniles at Hulse Detention Center and Face-it Residential program; and
WHEREAS, the Regional Office of Education reimburses expenditures related to juvenile education and classroom improvements and upgrades; and
WHEREAS, the improvements will include ADA compliant desks and chairs for students with disabilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the County Board authorizes an emergency appropriation with offsetting revenue in the amount of $156,707.26 for the purchase and installation of ADA compliant furniture for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court and Hulse Detention Center.
