Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received an Illinois Department of Human Services - Family Case Management grant increase in the amount of $142,180 for the period, July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY21 is $59,242 and LCFY22 is $82,938. This will help fund a new Principal Program Assistant and offset existing staff salary and fringe benefits.
Suggested Motion
To approve the Illinois Department of Human Services additional grant funding of $142,180 and emergency appropriate $59,242 for LCFY21 and $82,938 for LCFY22.
