Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received a COVID-19 Mass Vaccination grant increase and extension in the amount of $1,436,200 for the period, December 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY22 is $1,436,200. This will fund supplies, interpreters, communication consulting services, software maintenance, contractual staffing and indirect costs.

To approve and emergency appropriate the Illinois Department of Public Health grant funding of $1,436,200 for LCFY22.
