Ratification of Learning Management System Award of Request for Proposal #21110 - Nordstrom

Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Learning Management System. The Board of Health Executive Committee approved this award of RFP on December 15, 2021. This system will help to create, provide, monitor, maintain, and report on a wide range of training and education provided to staff across the agency. There is a need to improve the ability to manage the significant demands on employees, managers, and Human Resources to assure high quality services, maintain compliance with individual credentials, and demonstrate the status of clinical competencies to accrediting organizations and auditors from multiple organizations.
A legal notice was published in The News Sun soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP 21110). The RFP was also posted to the LCHD/CHC website and 6 suppliers submitted sealed proposals in the Materials Management office on July 21, 2021.
An evaluation committee comprised of LCHD/CHC staff reviewed and evaluated the proposals. The group interviewed two suppliers and determined that Relias LLC, of Morrisville, North Carolina, best meets the needs of LCHD/CHC.
Suggested Motion
To ratify the approved award for RFP #21110 for a Learning Management System to Relias LLC, of Morristown, North Carolina in the estimated amount of $73,075.65 in year one, including cost of implementation, and then an ongoing annual subscription cost of $68,007.65 for additional 1-year renewal options up to a total of 5 years, and to authorize the Executive Director or designee to execute the necessary negotiated documents.
