Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received a one-time Year 2 supplemental grant funding from the Steans Family Foundation in the amount of $22,000 and a Year 3 grant increase in the amount of $5,000. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY21 is $24,083. The difference, $2,917, has been accounted for in the LCFY22 budget. This program is to support the growth of the early childhood sector in Lake County. These funds will support existing staff.

To approve the Steans Family Foundation additional funding of $27,000 and emergency appropriate $24,083 in LCFY21.
