* A cooperative purchasing contract with Logicalis, Inc. has been identified through the General Services Administration (GSA) 47QTCA21D00BD to procure needed goods, services, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Enterprise Information Technology recommends partnering with Logicalis, Inc. as a managed service provider to monitor and manage the County's network performance and infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the first-year cost is an estimated amount of $649,590 and subsequent years will be for an estimated $506,303; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing. Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
