ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, SSA Number Seventeen was established by the Lake County Board on September 13, 2016; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated that a levy sufficient to pay the cost of private road maintenance for SSA Number Seventeen, up to $480 per parcel, as designated in the special tax roll and according to the wishes of the homeowners’ association, shall be made each year thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there be and there is levied upon all of the taxable property in said SSA Number Seventeen, in addition to all other taxes, a direct tax of twenty-eight thousand three hundred twenty ($28,320) for tax year 2021 collected during calendar year 2022.
