RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Joseph Bridges as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District has expired; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 70 Illinois Compiled Statutes 605 / 4-1 Appointment of Commissioners of the Illinois Drainage Code there shall be 3 appointed commissioners with terms staggered annually, each expiring on the first Tuesday of September; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Joseph Bridges as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District for a term beginning on September 2, 2020 and ending on September 5, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Joseph Bridges as a member of the East Skokie Drainage District for a term beginning on September 2, 2020 and ending on September 5, 2023 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
