Staff Summary

•                     On July 14, 2021 the Housing & Community Development Commission (HCDC) approved the initiation of a special application round for the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties from the Lake County Authority (LCHA).

•                     Over $12,000,000.00 of funding requests were received on August 11,2021.

•                     On August 18, 2021 the Affordable Housing Advisory and Recommendation Committee (ARC) reviewed applications, scoring and approved funding recommendations for the full HCDC.
