RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The One Hundred Second General Assembly of the Illinois House of Representatives created the Illinois Route 53 Expansion Land Alternative Use Task Force by adopting House Joint Resolution HJR0006; and

WHEREAS, House Joint Resolution HJR0006 establishes that the Illinois Route 53 Expansion Land Alternative Use Task Force shall consist of a representative of Lake County appointed by the Chair of the Lake County Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of John Wasik as a member of the Illinois Route 53 Expansion Land Alternative Use Task Force.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that John Wasik is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Illinois Route 53 Expansion Land Alternative Use Task Force.
