R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the replacement of four culverts underneath the Skokie Valley Bike Path, and designated as Section 20-00999-70-DR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on July 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.
