Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking to amend its Purchasing Policies and Procedures. The attached copy highlights the added language. Changes include additions to Article 1, Section 102 titled Applicability and Article 13, Section 109 titled Vendor Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest. This amendment demonstrates compliance with grant and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements.
Business Operations requests authorization to amend the current LCHD/CHC Purchasing Policies and Procedures as indicated in the revised attachment.
Suggested Motion
To approve Amendment 3 of the LCHD/CHC Purchasing Policies and Procedures to include changes to Article 1, Section 102 titled Applicability and the addition of Article 13, Section 109 titled Vendor Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest. This amendment includes language which helps to ensure and reinforce compliance with grant and HRSA requirements.
