WHEREAS, the resignation of Judy Martini has led to a vacancy on the Rules Committee; and

WHEREAS, it is the request of the County Board Chair that Ann Maine be appointed as a member of the Rules Committee, for a term ending Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Ann Maine be appointed to serve as a member of the Rules Committee for a term ending Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
