WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in the Avon-Fremont Drainage District; and

WHEREAS, the term for this vacant position expires on Tuesday, September 4, 2023; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jessica Albert as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending Tuesday, September 4, 2023.
