WHEREAS, the term of Diane Hewitt as an alternate member of the SWALCO will expire on Friday, April 30, 2021; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of John Wasik as an alternate member of the SWALCO for a term beginning on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and ending on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of John Wasik as an alternate member of the SWALCO for a term beginning on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and ending on Sunday, April 30, 2023, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
