WHEREAS, the term of Thomas G. Dent as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District expired on Tuesday, September 1, 2020; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Morris (Moe) Ban as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Morris (Moe) Ban as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending September 5, 2023 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
