ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, per the 5 ILCS 220/3.1 Municipal Joint Action Water Agency it is required that the Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to reappoint a Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, the term for Jennifer Clark as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency will expire on Friday, April 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Jennifer Clark as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency with a term beginning on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and ending Sunday, April 30, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Jennifer Clark is hereby reappointed to serve as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term beginning on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and ending Sunday, April 30, 2023, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
